Ram Sharan Prasad Yadav of the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) stood third with 18,904 votes (12.5%), followed closely by Maheshwar Singh of the Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP), who got 18,576 votes (12.28%).
