In the Medical and Health Conclave of India News Rajasthan, Medical and Health Minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar, who arrived as the chief guest, said that the health department is challenging. He added, “It has a lot of responsibility. It is associated with human life and death. We are working for the well-being of the people of Rajasthan.” He said that it is essential to establish harmony between the government and private hospitals.

Khimsar said that we will improve health services in Rajasthan. Minister Khimsar said, “The SMS Hospital was established when the population was two lakh. Today, the population has increased significantly. In such a situation, facilities are continuously expanding.” He said, “Today, as the Health Minister, he faces many challenges. Kheenvsar stated that there is a need to make many changes in the Chiranjivi scheme started in the previous government.”

He said that what the government called 25 lakh insurance is not true. Most people have only received coverage of three to four lakhs. Khimsar said that they will study the health policies of the top 10 states in the country and then formulate health-related policies for Rajasthan.

During a special session held at the conclave, J.P. Agrawal, Chairman of Geetanjali Hospital, said, “Private hospitals are working in collaboration with the government. We are fully cooperating in all government schemes.” He said that Geetanjali Hospital is soon going to start its hospital in Jaipur. India News Director Yadavendra Singh and Editor Manu Sharma also remained present during the session.

The right to choose a preferred doctor and hospital Khimsar said that the public should have the facility to choose their preferred doctor and hospital. He said that the insurance scheme is for the poor who cannot save and cannot spend money. The minister said that there is also misuse of schemes.

He said, “The Chiranjivi scheme will be completely transformed into the Ayushman scheme. After the Lok Sabha elections, talks will be held with the central government, and this scheme will be implemented.” Appointing women specialists in villages The Health Minister said, “70 per cent of our population lives in villages.

The problem is that female specialists are not available, leading to cervical and breast cancer. Therefore, we will work for these women, and women’s disease specialists will be available in villages. The government will soon make a big decision on this. A policy will be formulated for this.”
