Situated about two inches below the navel, the Beej Mantra for the Sacral chakra is ‘VAM’ & the associated Orange colour symbolizes creativity, joy, emotional balance & courage.
The Water element symbolizes transformation, emotional stability, adaptability & fluidity. The associated sound frequency, 417 Hz, is used in sound healing to increase self-love & heal relationships.
