The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) will close the registration for RPSC AE Recruitment 2024 today. Eligible candidates can apply through the official RPSC website at rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.
RPSC has announced two recruitment drives: one for 1,014 Assistant Engineer positions and another for 43 Assistant Statistical Officer roles.
1. Visit the official RPSC website at rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.
2. Click on the “Apply Online” link on the homepage.
3. A new page will appear; log in with your credentials.
4. Complete the application form and pay the application fee.
5. Submit the form and save a copy for your records.
The selection process for the Assistant Engineer role involves three stages: Prelims, Mains, and an Interview, with all questions being objective.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree. The age requirement is between 21 and 40 years as of January 1, 2025. For the Public Health Engineering Department, candidates with degrees in Electronics or Electrical Engineering are also eligible.
The official notification specifies: “According to the Rajasthan Civil Services (Absorption of Ex-servicemen) Rules 1988, ex-servicemen are granted a 10-year relaxation in the upper age limit. If direct recruitment requires experience in a lower post, additional age relaxation equivalent to the period of experience is provided. However, if the relaxed age exceeds 50 years, it will be capped at 50. In cases where experience is needed, the maximum age limit will be 55 years.”
