Republic Day: PM Modi waves at people on Kartavya Path after parade concluded

The people who attended the parade of the 74th Republic Day on Thursday Prime Minister Modi waved at them on the Kartavya Path.

After the event, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was seen waving to onlookers.

On the occasion of India’s 74th Republic Day PM Modi donned a multi-colored Rajasthani turban to symbolize India’s diversity.

Meanwhile, Delhi witnessed a spectacular presentation of discipline and grit as Army contingents and other personnel marched and concluded with a spectacular airshow and motorcycle display.

After the Republic Day celebration President Droupadi Murmu and Republic Day Parade Chief Guest, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi were escorted and President Murmu departed for Rashtrapati Bhavan.

In a grand finale of the Parade 45 aircraft of the Indian Air Force, one from the Indian Navy, and four helicopters of the Indian Army showed the Fly Past.

Earlier, the Uttar Pradesh, Ladakh, and 23 tableaux were shown. The Uttar Pradesh tableau was inspired by the Ayodhya Deepotsav celebration.

Meanwhile, the Uttar Pradesh tableau showed the three-day Deepotsava being organized since 2017.

Moreover, depicting the nation’s rich cultural heritage, economic progress, and strong internal and external security 23 tableaux were showcased.

Earlier in the morning President Droupadi Murmu unfurled the national flag at Kartavya Path followed by the national anthem.

However, on the occasion, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi was the Chief Guest, who arrived on Tuesday.

Furthermore, till 30 January the celebration will be continued which is observed as Martyrs’ Day.
