OnePlus is gearing up to launch the OnePlus 15 and OnePlus 15R in India on November 13. However, rumours suggest that a slimmer variant — the OnePlus 15s — is also in the works. While the company has not confirmed its existence yet, leaks indicate that the device may debut in early 2026, possibly in March or April.

The OnePlus 15s will likely be the successor to the OnePlus 13s, which launched earlier this year and gained attention for its sleek form factor and compact design.

OnePlus 15s Launch in India & Global Availability

The OnePlus 15s is expected to make its global debut in Q1 2026, with India among the first markets to receive it. The smartphone could launch in March or April 2026, though OnePlus has yet to confirm any official timeline.

The company’s current focus remains on the OnePlus 15 lineup, but insiders suggest that the 15s will arrive later as a compact premium alternative for users seeking high-end performance in a smaller design.

OnePlus 15s Price in India (Expected)

While OnePlus hasn’t officially revealed pricing details, early leaks suggest that the OnePlus 15s price in India could start around ₹64,999 for the base variant. The higher-end model with extra storage may cost close to ₹74,999.

Given the device’s compact design and flagship hardware, the 15s is likely to be positioned between the OnePlus 15R and the standard OnePlus 15 in terms of pricing.

OnePlus 15s Design and Colour Options

Leaked reports hint that the OnePlus 15s will retain the design language of the main OnePlus 15 series. It may feature clean lines, a square-shaped rear camera module, and the brand’s signature alert slider, which could now function as a multi-purpose control.

According to leaked renders, the phone could sport a metal frame for a premium finish. The OnePlus 15s might arrive in three colour options — Pink, Grey, and Black.

These design details, however, are based on early leaks and not official announcements. A leak source mentioned, “The OnePlus 15s is expected to be thinner yet more powerful than its predecessor,” though this has not been confirmed by OnePlus.

OnePlus 15s Specifications (Expected)

Under the hood, the OnePlus 15s 5G could feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, the latest flagship processor from the brand. This chip promises faster performance, improved AI capabilities, and better power efficiency compared to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 used in previous models.

One of the biggest upgrades could be its battery capacity. The phone is expected to pack a 7,000mAh+ battery, a major step up from the 5,850mAh unit in the OnePlus 13s. Despite this larger battery, the device may still maintain a slim, compact profile — something OnePlus is known for in its “s” models.

The OnePlus 15s may also feature a 6.3-inch OLED display, offering vibrant colours and deep contrast. Leaks further suggest the addition of an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, replacing the optical sensor from its predecessor for faster and more reliable authentication.

Return of Compact Flagships

As most brands move toward larger screens, the OnePlus 15s could mark the return of compact flagships. If rumours hold true, OnePlus may successfully combine flagship-grade performance with a lightweight design, appealing to users who miss pocket-friendly premium phones.
