To avail of this opportunity, passengers simply need to purchase their standard coach ticket via the ‘RRTS Connect app’ and present their inked finger to the station staff stationed near the AFC gates of the Premium Lounge at the platform level. Namo Bharat train, comprising six coaches, features one premium coach alongside five standard coaches. Currently, a 34 km segment between Sahibabad and Modi Nagar North along the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS corridor is operational, encompassing eight stations: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Guldhar, Duhai, Duhai Depot, Murad Nagar, Modi Nagar South, and Modi Nagar North.
With construction advancing rapidly on the remaining sections of the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS corridor, NCRTC remains steadfast in its commitment to delivering a cutting-edge transportation system by the projected operational deadline of June 2025.
