Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan tested negative for COVID-19 and returned to work on Thursday.
Earlier on 23 August Amitabh Bachchan tested positive for COVID-19 for the second time and shared the news with fans on 24 August.
Taking to Twitter Big B said, “Back at work…your prayers, gratitude… negative last night .. and 9 days isolation over… mandatory is 7 days.”
Meanwhile, the veteran actor also thanked his fans whom he considers his extended family.
“My love as ever to all .. you are kind and concerned throughout .. the family Ef so full of care… have only my folded hands for you,” Bachchan said.
In July 2020, Amitabh Bachchan tested positive for COVID for the first time. He was also hospitalized for about three weeks. In 2020, not just him, his son Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Aradhya Bachchan also tested COVID positive.
Talking about Big B’s work front he will be next seen in Ayan Mukherji’s ‘Brahmastra: Part One Shiva’. The movie also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Mouni Roy. The movie is scheduled to release on 9 September.
Moreover, Bachchan will be also seen in ‘Good Bye’ which is directed by Vikas Bahl. The movie stars Rashmika Mandanna, Neena Gupta, and Pavail Gulati. The movie is all set to release on 7 October 2022.
However, Big B has also wrapped up the shooting of ‘Uunchai’. The movie stars Parineeti Chopra, Anupam Kher, and Boman Irani, and the release of the movie is still awaited.
