A man has been arrested by the Mumbai Police on Thursday for allegedly raping a mentally-ill minor girl at Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Marg. Meanwhile, the victim has been identified as the daughter of a businessman and was raped by their driver of eight years. under Section 376 (rape) of the Indian Penal Code, the case has been registered and arrested under the POCSO Act.
