The most awaited trailer of the movie ‘Liger’, starring Vijay Devrekomda, which is to be released in multiple languages across the nation, has been exhibited on Thursday. The trailer is a perfect combination of action and romance seasoned with drama.

Protagonist Vijay posted the trailer on the micro blogging site with the caption, “India, we give you Mass.Action. Entertainment. The LIGER Trailer! #LIGER #LigerTrailer Aug 25th Worldwide release!”

The two-minute trailer has introduced the audience to the main character of the plot, played by Vijay, who is a Mixed Martial Arts fighter and is shown performing marvellous action sequences, though he stutters. Ramya Krishna, who is playing Vijay’s mother, made a cameo in the trailer, speaking the lines, “My son is a crossbred, born to a lion and a tiger.”

Anaya Pandey is playing the role of Vijay’s beloved in the movie, and the trailer ends with a cameo of Mike Tyson exchanging dialogues with a comic touch with the protagonist, Vijay. Vijay says, “I am a fighter,” to which Tyson retorts, ” If you are a fighter, what am I?”

The movie has managed to grab the attention of the audience since the day Vijay dropped his first look from the movie, flaunting his chiseled body. The first song from the movie “Akdi Pakdi” has been released before the trailer featuring Ananya and Vijay. Under the direction of Puri Jagannath, Karan Johar is the producer of “Liger”, which marks the debut of Vijay in Hindi movies. The movie is all set to be unveiled in theatres on August 25th, 2022. It will be released in five different languages.
