Makeup mogul Kylie Jenner made a stunning surprise appearance at the conclusion of Paris Fashion Week, walking for the Parisian brand Coperni’s spring/summer 2025 collection. Dressed in a voluminous, strapless gown made from black taffeta, Kylie embraced her inner goth princess with Disneyland Paris’s Sleeping Beauty Castle serving as an enchanting backdrop.

Kylie expressed her excitement in an Instagram post, stating, “ONCE UPON A TIME… thank you @sebastienmeyer & @arnaud_vaillant. I can’t even express how grateful I am to you two and this fairytale night I will never forget.” She further mentioned that she “felt like a real-life princess.”

This runway appearance was Kylie’s first at Paris Fashion Week, although she has walked in previous shows. In 2011, she modeled for STYLE360 Presents Abbey Dawn by Avril Lavigne at New York’s Metropolitan Pavilion. Kylie returned in 2013 for Abbey Dawn’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week show, and she also walked alongside her supermodel sister, Kendall Jenner, at The Heart Truth 2013 Fashion Show in February.

Coperni is known for its memorable runway shows, including a viral moment during their Womenswear Spring/Summer 2023 presentation at Paris Fashion Week, where supermodel Bella Hadid walked down the runway without clothing, and a dress was spray-painted onto her in front of the audience. This daring blend of fashion and technology became an instant sensation that continues to be discussed.

French designers Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant are behind Coperni. “In 2013, Meyer and Vaillant, the latter of whom had previously worked at Chanel and Balenciaga, launched Coperni Femme, a womenswear label named after renaissance astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus. In 2014, the label won the ANDAM First Collection Prize,” according to The Business of Fashion.
