Dabra SDOP Vivek Sharma said that no complaint has been filed yet formally. He added that if the victim files a complaint, stringent action will be taken against the accused.

Preliminary investigations revealed that Kushwaha had been introduced to the woman by an acquaintance, who allegedly promised her a job. After the altercation, the police reached the site but found the woman unwilling to lodge an official complaint. Kushwaha, later questioned by the police, claimed that two individuals accompanied the woman during the confrontation. He declined to provide further details, citing poor health.

The authorities have declared that they would take legal actions as demanded if the woman decided to file a formal complaint.
