As the Haryana elections approach, top leaders from the Rajasthan Congress have ramped up their campaign efforts. Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is leading the charge as a senior observer and star campaigner, holding public meetings in Haryana since last week.

In the final two days of campaigning, several key figures joined the effort, including Rajasthan MP Pramod Tiwari, state president Govind Singh Dotasara, Leader of the Opposition Tikaram Julie, national general secretary Jitendra Singh, Sachin Pilot, and former RTDC president Dharmendra Rathore. Together, they are working to bolster the Congress campaign in Haryana.

Congress leaders are optimistic about a strong showing in the upcoming Haryana elections, claiming a “tsunami” of support for the party. Former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot addressed three public meetings on Monday, emphasizing that leaders from neighboring Rajasthan are in high demand in Haryana.

Former RTDC President Dharmendra Rathore stated that the people of Haryana, frustrated by issues like inflation, unemployment, anti-farmer policies, and the BJP’s mismanagement, are ready to support a Congress government. He criticized the BJP, saying it has lost the trust of the people and is not seen as a competitor in this election.

Gehlot campaigned for Congress candidates in several locations, including Rao Narendra Singh in Narnaul, Chiranjeevi Rao in Rewari, and Rao Dan Singh in Mahendragarh. Upon arriving at the Narnaul Police Line Ground helipad, he and MP Pramod Tiwari were warmly welcomed by Haryana Congress leaders and local officials, including MLAs and former chairpersons.
