The Indian missions in Russia confirmed on Friday that four Indian medical students lost their lives in a river near St. Petersburg. They stated that they were working with Russian authorities to expedite the repatriation of the students’ remains to their families.
The four students – two boys and two girls aged 18-20 – were studying at the nearby Novgorod State University in Veliky Novgorod city, news agency PTI reported.
