Ahsan Kharbai, a Mumbai resident, was bewildered when Flipkart’s customer support contacted him six years after he had placed an order on their e-commerce platform. He shared his unusual experience on the social media platform X, posting a screenshot of his order history. The screenshot showed that he had ordered a pair of Sparx slippers in May 2018.

Despite the significant time lapse, Ahsan never received the slippers. Curiously, the Flipkart app continuously displayed the order status as “arriving today,” even after six years.
His post on X surprised netizens, garnering over 15,000 views and 1,700 likes, along with numerous hilarious comments from users. Flipkart later responded to Ahsan’s post.
