BJP has become actively engaged in preparations for the upcoming 2023 legislative assembly elections in Rajasthan, aiming for victory in the state. To achieve this goal, BJP has formed a significant plan to send experienced legislators from other states to all 200 assembly constituencies in Rajasthan. These legislators will work alongside party workers and assess the political atmosphere in each assembly constituency.
The move comes in response to a formidable challenge posed by Ashok Gehlot, the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, who has recently implemented several strategic initiatives to strengthen the Congress party’s position in the state.
On the other hand, some senior leaders at the central level of the BJP have displayed discontent after the announcement of election dates, potentially benefiting the Congress party. It remains to be seen whether BJP can win Rajasthan without the leadership of Vasundhara Raje, a prominent BJP figure in the state. Only time will reveal the outcome.
In response, BJP has formulated a plan to gauge the mood of party workers in each assembly constituency by deploying legislators from other states. On 15 August, MLA Dharmveer Singh held a meeting with party workers at the BJP office in Takhatgarh, a part of the Sumerpur assembly constituency. During the meeting, BJP Mandal President Manoj Nama, along with other senior BJP members, councillors, and residents of the city, discussed the organization’s strategies and goals.
The BJP District President Manchharam Parmar informed that legislators from other states have arrived in 6 assembly constituencies of Pali district. They will interact with party workers to understand the local dynamics. BJP Mandal President Manoj Nama also stated that they are actively working to boost the morale of the party workers in the region.
