Speaking during Apple’s quarterly earnings call, Apple’s CEO Tim Cook recently hinted at the company’s upcoming generative AI features, saying that Apple enjoys some advantages that will set it apart from the competition.

Even though cook did not explicitly talk about upcoming AI-based features of iOS 18 update. How Apple’s AI will differ from its competitors

As per Cook, he opined that there are several factors that will make Apple’s generative AI stand out from its competitors.

Most likely it will include neural engine of Apple Silicon chips. Which will enable on-device processing of AI tasks and their prime focus on user privacy.

If rumors are to be believed, Apple is already in the process of developing various AI features for its operating systems. Which include chatbot, smart Apple Music playlists, and a Safari browsing assistant which will help in the summarization of the article.

Further, the company is already prioritizing on on-device processing which ensures that user’s data is safe and secure.

These latest advancements will most likely unveil at the upcoming Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), which is going to be held in June.
