When you are following an ascension journey, we understand that it is common to have times when your emotions are up and down. You might refer to it as being on an emotional rollercoaster, but we prefer to call it sudden waves of change.

When the waves are colliding against you rapidly, it is easier to get pushed off track. You may not feel like yourself, and experience feelings that you normally do not have.

When this occurs, take a moment to notice what caused the sudden waves of change. Recognizing what triggered you indicates either fears or hidden traumas which could be from past lives. 

New beginnings are possible even when you are feeling at your lowest.

First, take time to allow the feelings to flow through you. If tears need to fall, give them the freedom to rush out of you.

Despite the untrue beliefs society has ingrained in many people, crying is incredibly healing. And, crying means you are also clearing out some of the built-up energies within you.

Once the intensity of the emotions has lessened, then start your new beginning. 

You may still be feeling unlike your true self. But, your new beginning starts right now. The fierce rush of emotions that just flowed through you are now done. They are now in your past.

Step up into a new beginning in the present moment where you will start taking steps toward reaching your authentic vibration.

It may even be helpful to view these types of new beginnings as transition steps. You are no longer at the low point, but you are also not completely back to feeling like yourself yet. However, you are on the right track of moving forward and higher again.

Anytime you would like to have new beginnings, you have freedom to create them.
