<\/span>Typically, it is completely unwarranted, because we worry about something that never happens.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Sometimes, worrying can even make us feel worse than the actual circumstance we are worrying about. And always it is negative, creating and deepening bad feelings.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">For the most part, the same is true of emotions like anxiety and fear. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Occasionally these are useful emotions.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>But more often than not, they serve no purpose, other than to make us feel worse.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">If you consciously or unconsciously choose to worry, it can affect your health. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Your breathing becomes blocked, making your heart work harder and raising your blood pressure. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The increased blood flow puts more pressure on your kidneys because they have more blood to filter.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Your negative thoughts create a downward spiral that is detrimental to your health and wellbeing. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Inner peace is the polar opposite of worry, anxiety and fear.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>You can choose to feel worried, anxious and fearful.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Or you can choose inner peace.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> It&rsquo;s up to you which path you follow &hellip; but it&rsquo;s not a difficult choice to make!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">When you get up in the morning, consciously choose to start your day positively, breathing deeply and decluttering any negative thoughts from your mind.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Consciously breathe the life force into your whole body and feel it in every cell.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Your mind starts to say &ldquo;<em>Thank you for letting off the pressure<\/em>&rdquo; and your whole body says &ldquo;Thanks for the blood flow and positive energy to every cell from head to toe.&rdquo;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Then <\/span>add some affirmations<span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> to say to yourself regularly throughout the day:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><em><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">&ldquo;I feel inner peace. All is well in my world&rdquo;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><em><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">&ldquo;I live in the moment and enjoy my day.&rdquo;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><em><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">&ldquo;I am healthy and my body cells feel it.&rdquo;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Before too long, you will experience an inner peace that no amount of money can buy. So when you are using the Law of Attraction, make sure you are in the right frame of mind.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\">Always put a smile into your thoughts.&nbsp;And make <a data-lasso-id=\"990\" href=\"https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/7-powerful-steps-for-using-gratitude-to-manifest-your-desires\/\">gratitude your attitude<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">And how do you do that?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The answer to that question is that those thoughts and those beliefs came from your subconscious.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Our subconscious mind has incredible power over us, especially if we never think about it or question it.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Many of our beliefs have been conditioned into us by those we love and respect: parents, grandparents, teachers, preachers, and so on.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>But that doesn&rsquo;t necessarily make those beliefs correct.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">And if they no longer serve us, it&rsquo;s time to let them go and replace them with ones that work in our favor.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">But how do you change those subconscious beliefs?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Let&rsquo;s say you were brought up in poverty.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>That may mean you have a great fear of never having enough, and always dwell on a lack of money.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>You may not even be aware that you hold such beliefs.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">As ever, the way to dissolve such unwanted thoughts is to be aware of them, let them go, and replace them with positive alternatives.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Compare the vibration of &ldquo;<em>I am worried about not having enough money<\/em>&rdquo; to &ldquo;<em>I am grateful for all the good things in my life and live happily with what I have.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>I welcome all forms of abundance into my life.<\/em>&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Changing entrenched beliefs can take time, so take your time, and focus on what you have achieved, not on what is left to do.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Positive progress is usually incremental, not overnight!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"p3 wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"No_Thoughts_Are_Better_Than_Negative_Thoughts\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">No Thoughts Are Better Than Negative Thoughts<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Sometimes, no matter how good our intentions, and no matter how hard we try, it proves impossible to replace negative thoughts with positive ones. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">And that&rsquo;s OK.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span>Old habits die hard.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Just be kind and gentle with yourself, and accept that there will be a few bumps on the road.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">On those occasions where you can&rsquo;t think positively, the next best thing is to think nothing at all.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Just stepping off the exhausting hamster wheel of never-ending thoughts is a great relief.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Distract yourself by doing something that requires your attention, like sewing or cooking, or better still, meditate.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Another technique that works well for many people is to write down all your negative thoughts.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Set down as much as you have to.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Once you&rsquo;ve got everything down on paper and out of your system, throw the paper on the fire and burn it.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>As you watch the flames burn, repeat to yourself something like:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><em><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">&rdquo;I easily let go of these old thoughts and situations that no longer serve me, and focus on new and positive thought patterns.&rdquo;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">On your computer, when you have a file you don&rsquo;t need any more, what do you do?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">You move it to the recycle bin, then press delete to empty it. <\/span><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Why not use the same technique to deal with your unwanted negative thoughts?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Visualize putting them into the bin in your mind, and then press delete: it might sound silly, but it&rsquo;s actually an incredibly satisfying exercise!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Whatever technique you use, the most important thing is to develop an awareness of your thoughts.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2 eplus-wrapper\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">It also helps to learn what things trigger your negative thoughts &ndash;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>certain people? &hellip; the news?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>&hellip; when you&rsquo;re bored? &ndash; and then to avoid those situations.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;
