recent article that explains the different types of spirit guides, and know that there are loads in the universe that we can connect with!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">We all have certain spirit guides that are there specifically for us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">This means that we are able to find them and get to know them and what they can do to assist us.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\" id=\"how-to-find-your-guardian-angel\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_To_Find_Your_Guardian_Angel\"><\/span>How To Find eplus-wrapper\">We will often have a few guardian angels that work with us and our spiritual growth, and it is really useful to find them and get to know them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">I have friends that talk to their guardian angels most days, and even know their names or subscribe names to them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">This can be helpful in order to create a bond.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">So, how do we find our guardian angels? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Because angels exist on different vibrational frequencies, identifying them can be hard.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">However, we can learn about them by paying attention in the physical world to signs and symbols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">When you are going out and about in the world, are there specific items or numbers that seemly crop up over and over again?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Our guardian angels will often place objects for us to see, such as <a data-lasso-id=\"13207\" href=\"https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/feather-meanings\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">feathers<\/span><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">These objects can appear to stand out to us, as if our subconscious soul <em>knows <\/em>the importance of them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">When this happens, pause to reflect. Your angels may be nearby.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">In order to find a name for your guardian angels, take time to meditate alone and ask them to come to you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Often, a name will come into your head and this will be a message from your angel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">When wanting to connect with our guardian angels, knowing their names will help form a deep bond. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">If no name comes into your head, you may wish to give your guardian angel a name that you are deeply connected with.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\" id=\"how-to-find-your-animal-spirit-guide\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" there for us throughout our lives, watching out for us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">I kind of feel that these are easier to find than our guardian angels as they exist in an embodied state in the material world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">However, this might just be my experience!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">In order to find your animal spirit guide, pay attention to nature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">You may frequently notice an animal when you are out in the world and feel a deep connection with them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Perhaps they always seem to watch you and fill you with calm vibes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Your spirit animal guide will often appear in your dreams, so note down any animals that appear when you are asleep.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">It is really important to listen to your gut when wanting to find your spirit guide (animal) because eplus-wrapper\">If you are new to spirituality, connecting with your spirit guide can be a bit difficult at first, but like everything, practice makes perfect!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">There is a range of different ways of connecting to your spirit guide, and some spirit guides may prefer other ways. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Try different things out, and see what works for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\" wp-block-heading eplus-wrapper\" id=\"meditation\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Meditation\"><\/span>Meditation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Meditation is a great way of connecting with your spirit guide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">In order to do this, find a quiet and safe space where you will not be disturbed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">You may wish to light some candles or incense.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">If you are wishing to connect to a specific archangel, look into the colors that they are linked with. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">For example, Archangel Micheal is linked to the color blue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">This means it can be helpful to light a blue candle or have <a data-lasso-id=\"13209\" href=\"https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/blue-quartz-meaning-and-metaphysical-properties\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">blue crystals<\/span><\/a> around you when you are meditating.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Then, clear your mind of day-to-day stressors, letting the thoughts flow through your mind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Inhale and exhale deeply until you find a moment of calm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">When you are ready, appeal to your spirit guides. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">If you know their names, repeat them out loud or in your head. It can be helpful to think positive thoughts or repeat affirmations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">This spreads positive energy into the universe that your spirit guides will
