They are usually <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">personable<\/span> and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">social<\/span>, and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">gain their energy from being around and interacting with others. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">To an extrovert a big family get together can have the same recharging qualities as time alone with a good book can have for an introvert.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Being around an extrovert can be an amazing experience due to their <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">expressive nature and energetic sense of fun. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">It can also be a little exhausting, however, due to the introverts trying to keep up with them! <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Many of an extrovert&rsquo;s traits can be seen as a double-edged sword, but I like to think that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">the great things about an extrovert far outweigh the negatives.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>How do you know if you&rsquo;re an extrovert?<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Well, as the signs of an extrovert tend to be more <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">outwardly visible<\/span> than those of an introvert, if you are one, you&rsquo;ll probably already know. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Although, there are certainly some <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/traits-of-an-empath\/\" data-lasso-id=\"746\">key and inherent personality traits<\/a><\/span> of being an extrovert which makes you stand out from the crowd. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">I&rsquo;ve spent some time thinking back on my own experiences with extroverts (I&rsquo;m more of an introvert myself), as well as speaking to some of my extroverted friends to compile a list which I think <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">perfectly captures the essence of an extroverted individual.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Here they are&hellip;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 quite literally the life and soul of any party or social situation.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This is because, unlike introverts who get their energy from alone time, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">extroverts become energized when interacting socially. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This means they thrive off the energy found at events such as weddings, concerts, and parties. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Some extroverts like to be the center of attention which can be seen as either a negative or a positive trait, but other extroverts simply love to mingle and connect with as many people as possible.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">T<\/span><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">hey can be especially keen to make new friends and expand their social network. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Extroverts also aren&rsquo;t afraid to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">step outside of their social comfort zone<\/span>, and are often comfortable in the company of complete strangers, or on territory unfamiliar to them. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The motto &lsquo;nothing ventured, nothing gained&rsquo; is certainly one which can apply to many extroverts. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"p4 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trait #2: Chatterbox<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Extroverts love to interact socially, and this means <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">they are also usually excellent conversationalists. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Extroverts can get overzealous sometimes and barrage a group with comments and questions, but that&rsquo;s simply because they&rsquo;re having a good time and thriving because they are in their element. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Getting to know new people is the caffeine that extroverts need to recharge their batteries, and reconnecting with old friends can create a power surge!<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Extroverts have also had the chance to hone their conversational craft over the years, meaning that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">they are able to guide conversations and navigate discussions<\/span> with style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Interaction is what extroverts do best,<\/span> which can lead to a scintillating conversation that can make hours pass in what feels like mere minutes. class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Too much time alone can be detrimental to extroverts, leaving them feeling isolated, frustrated, or itching to connect with others.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">While social media is a great tool that extroverts enjoy, it really doesn&rsquo;t compare to the buzz of a party or the pleasure they get from interacting face-to-face. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">After a period of time alone <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">many extroverts will need to actively seek company to recharge their batteries.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">While extroverts are also usually found in large packs, they also aren&rsquo;t afraid to splinter off into smaller more close-knit groups, and are usually the leader, or act as the glue that binds friends together. style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">they typically have large friend groups<\/span> or a network of individuals they can call upon for a chat. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Let&rsquo;s be honest, we all remember that friend at school or work who just seemed to know anyone and everyone and always <a href=\"https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/quotes-about-storytelling\/\" data-lasso-id=\"1031551\">had a story to tell<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">You know, these sunny, outgoing, and lovable people often form huge groups of friends and acquaintances.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">While not always the case, extroverts often have a big social media presence, with large online friend groups or following. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Social media is a great tool for the modern extrovert, as it allows them to remain connected to others and keep their batteries charged even when physical meet-ups aren&rsquo;t possible.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Many <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">extroverts are also gifted at spotting someone new to a crowd<\/span>, after all, many extroverts are used to operating in a large group, so they can spot a new face from a mile off! <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Instead of feeling awkward as to how to approach the new individual, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">extroverts are often drawn to introduce themselves<\/span> to the newbie and potentially add them into their existing friend group. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"p4 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trait #5: Magnetic Personality<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Extroverts are often known to possess a magnetic personality<\/span>, with their energy and underline;\">extroverts need to connect<\/span>. Over the years, interacting with a variety of different personalities will give extroverts the conversational edge which makes them addictive to be around. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">They&rsquo;ll likely have learned the skills to become <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">social chameleons<\/span> and can simultaneously interact with different people from all walks of life in a way that feels relatable to each individual person. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"p4 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trait #6: Ball of run out of energy<\/span>, and are always keen to ask &lsquo;what&rsquo;s next&rsquo; at a social event or at the end of the workday. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>While introverts will be looking to head home and kick off their shoes, an extrovert is usually more than happy to go for a coffee or, after a quick change of outfit, a meal or drinks after a full day of work.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This seemingly constant energy can be both a blessing and a curse for extroverts. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">On the one hand, this extra energy can make them <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">exciting and fun to be around<\/span>, and can even infectiously reinvigorate others; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">on the other had it can make being around an extrovert an intense experience,<\/span> and can be particularly wearing on already tired individuals. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Some people can even become jealous of extroverts, resenting them for their boundless energy. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"p4 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trait #7: Emotionally Vocal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This trait can be a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">double-edged sword for many extroverts<\/span>, and can sometimes leave them believe any grievance should be aired and cleared up immediately, instead of being allowed to fester.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This can result in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">amazing friendships<\/span> in which both parties learn from each other and always truthful with one another, but can also lead to some <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">explosive confrontations. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Once resolved however, these explosive arguments, however, can often lead to great friendships. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Within a group of friends, this can often be helped when introverts are there to add a more introspective view, helping people realize how to grow. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Often, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">these explosions air problems that would otherwise fester and ruin friendships.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Extroverts also aren&rsquo;t afraid to let their opinions known, meaning they can become <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">powerful leaders<\/span> in group settings and are never left unnoticed in a discussion. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This openness can be <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">inspiring to others,<\/span> and extroverts can often find themselves building up those around them. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"p4 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trait #8: Optimist<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">As I am not an extrovert myself I cannot comment on a personal level as to why this is so. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">After some pondering I think it might be because extroverts feel so energetic and revitalized when making contact with others, it&rsquo;s simply impossible to be anything other than optimistic!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">It could also simply be down to the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">characteristic confidence of an extrovert<\/span>, but really whatever the true reason is, the fact still stands that infallible optimism is an incredible trait that many extroverts seem to have. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"p4 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trait #9: Confidence<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Another winning trait that many extroverts have is a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">sense of confidence that helps them to seamlessly navigate social challenges. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">While for some extroverts this sense of confidence may be little more than a front, many extroverts have forged this trait through years of social interaction. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Confidence also leads into one of the rarest gifts of the extrovert that few others possess; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">the ability to truly laugh at one&rsquo;s self and brush off mistakes. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Where many of us would want the ground to swallow us whole when making a faux pas at a social event, extroverts are simply able to laugh the mistake off using their confidence and social skills to swiftly move the conversation along to less embarrassing ground.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The same can be said for mistakes. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Extroverts are able to spot their mistakes and vocally <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">own up to them<\/span> before moving on. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Safe to say, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">extroverts don&rsquo;t tend to dwell on the past!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"p4 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trait #10: Enthusiasm<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Extroverts are known to be incredibly enthusiastic. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">When faced with a task, they&rsquo;re likely to jump straight in and get stuck in as <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">they prefer learning through experience to taking a passive role.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">While this can sometimes lead to failure, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">extroverts usually dust themselves off and jump straight back into the fray<\/span>, making them a great person to have onboard within a company or project. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Put simply, extroverts are indomitable!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This eagerness to get stuck in can be a negative trait as well as a positive trait however, it depends on the circumstance. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">For example, when tackling a long-term or larger sale project, getting up close and personal to the topic <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">can prevent extroverts from seeing the bigger picture<\/span>, inhibiting their potential. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">However, this ability to roll with the punches can also be invaluable when stuck in a tricky situation or faced with an unexpected change of plans. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Extroverts can often think on their feet and come up with workable solutions<\/span> while others are still left unsure what to do. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"p4 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trait #11: Daredevil<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Introvert-trait-Daredevil.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Because they know they can roll with the punches and adapt to adverse situations, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">extroverts typically aren&rsquo;t afraid of taking risks. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">For many extroverts, their personal motto is &lsquo;no risk no reward&rsquo;. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">This can make extroverts very successful in fields such as business<\/span>, where sometimes a risk is needed to take the next step in the future of a fledgling company. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This risk-taking attitude can also become prevalent in an extrovert&rsquo;s personal life. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">They may be found enjoying fast-paced sports or maybe <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a natural thrill seeker<\/span> or adrenaline junkie. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Either way, extroverts enjoy living life to the full and aren&rsquo;t afraid to take some risks to get there. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"p4 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trait #12: Flexibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Several times in this article I&rsquo;ve mentioned the extroverts amazing ability to adapt both in social and workplace situations. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><strong><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Did you know however extroverts are also known to be incredibly flexible? (I&rsquo;m not talking about yoga here!).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">As extroverts tend to exhibit confidence, a lust for life, and the ability to quickly get back in the saddle, they&rsquo;re really not afraid of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">going with the flow and seeing where the day or event takes them. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">If you&rsquo;re like me, an introvert, you&rsquo;d probably panic if you had to go about your day without a to-do list, but extroverts are happy to let the chips fall where they may and deal with any resulting issues should the need arise. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">On a similar vein, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">extroverts can also embrace spontaneity<\/span>, and are happy to change or alter set plans at short notice. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">In fact, some extroverts actually quite enjoy the sudden unexpected change as it offers a new opportunity to be embraced as well as keeping them on their toes. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"p4 wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trait #13: An Open Book<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Introvert-trait-Open-book.jpg\" alt=\"woman extrovert smiling \" class=\"wp-image-2225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Introvert-trait-Open-book.jpg 560w, https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Introvert-trait-Open-book-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 560px) 100vw, 560px\"><\/noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Introvert-trait-Open-book.jpg.webp\" alt=\"woman extrovert smiling \" class=\"wp-image-2225 lazyload\" srcset=\"https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Introvert-trait-Open-book.jpg.webp 560w, https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Introvert-trait-Open-book-300x169.jpg.webp 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 560px) 100vw, 560px\" data-pin-media=\"https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Introvert-trait-Open-book.jpg\" id=\"mv-trellis-img-6\" data-trellis-processed=\"1\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">People tend to find extroverts highly approachable and friendly individuals. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This partly because of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">their magnetic personality<\/span>, but also because they tend to be such open books. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>If an extrovert has a problem will you, they&rsquo;ll tend to tell you about it.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">They are also not afraid to talk about or share previous failures which helps build up others. This makes <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">extroverts ideal group leaders<\/span> within a workplace setting. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">While getting to know an introvert can be quite hard work (though worth it I promise!), getting to know an extrovert is usually pretty easy. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">You&rsquo;ll often find you have a good impression of them, including their likes, dislikes, and world view from <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">your first conversation. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">If sharing is caring then extroverts are most certainly the caregivers of any social group. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>I think this willingness to be open and at times exposed is at the core of every extrovert, and may well be the heart of what makes an extrovert so joyful to be around.<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Willing to take risks, and learn from their mistakes, being flexible and enthusiastic, and spread themselves easily over a large group of people, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">there are so many reasons why extroverts truly are the life and soul of the party.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Extroverts are outgoing individuals who many picture as the life and soul of a party.
