{"id":1715,"date":"2019-11-29T21:21:48","date_gmt":"2019-11-29T21:21:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gator4138.temp.domains\/~seocloud\/website_bd55b9c6\/?p=1715"},"modified":"2023-12-11T05:22:07","modified_gmt":"2023-12-11T05:22:07","slug":"affirmations-for-quitting-smoking","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/affirmations-for-quitting-smoking\/","title":{"rendered":"42 POWERFUL Affirmations For Quitting Smoking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Quitting smoking has given me such a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">sense of freedom<\/span> that you will only know when you stop and feel happy about it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">I used affirmations to help me quit smoking and I can honestly say <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">they work.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">You may find you're naturally drawn to a solution that will make stoping easy (like I did). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Or you may just stop on your own accord. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Either way, affirmations do work if you <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">say them regularly,<\/span> and with <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>positive emotion.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Also, in this article I've split the affirmations up into <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">two categories<\/span>, ones for <em>before<\/em> you quit, and ones for <em>after<\/em> you quit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">I've also put some best practices for doing affirmations at the bottom of this article.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Good luck, you can do it!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">Best Affirmations If You Want To Quit Smoking<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">1. I choose to stop smoking and it feels good.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">2. I love myself more than I love smoking. I say yes to life and no to smoking.<br>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">3. Stopping smoking is easy.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">4. I gain nothing as a smoker.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">5. I have it all to gain as a nonsmoker.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">6. Choosing to be free from nicotine is a decision I'm happy to make.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">7. Every time I need a break I just breathe and let go.<br>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">8. I care and respect my body and let go of unhealthy addictions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">9.
