No email checking. No checking the news. If you don't meditate, you should 100% start doing it. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">I remember when I first started, I got up before my family to do it secretly before they got up.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">I don't know why, but I felt embarrassed telling people I did it.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Now it's like&hellip;&rdquo; hey Harriet, I'm just going to the other room to meditate for 20mins.&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">No embarrassment whatsoever.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">I love meditating now, and I wouldn't start any day without relaxing my mind through meditation.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">So the first part of the morning manifesting ritual is get up and meditate for 20mins. Or in other words, &ldquo;raise your vibration.&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This doesn't need to take long. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">&hellip;just enough to feel a positive change in how you <em>feel<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Just pick <strong>three to five things<\/strong> you can be grateful for. ?&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">How would it feel <em>if<\/em>&hellip;?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">What would my life look like <em>if<\/em>&hellip;?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Saying &ldquo;if&rdquo; before saying your goal allows you to embrace the feeling as &ldquo;if&rdquo; already achieving the goal.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">It allows you to experience the scenes in your mind because you're only asking what would it be like &ldquo;if&rdquo; this were to happen?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">It stops you from getting that conflicting feeling of &ldquo;I don't truly believe this will happen.&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">So say you wanted a new Mercedes. You would say&hellip;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">&ldquo;What would it be like <em>if<\/em> I did get a new Mercedes? &ldquo;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">You can also keep asking more similar questions in line with the desire.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">For example,<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">&ldquo;What would it be like <em>if<\/em> I did get to pick up my friends in a new Mercedes.&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">&ldquo;<em>If<\/em> I was getting a Mercedes, how would it feel to get a phone call and told my new car is ready to be picked up?&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">&ldquo;What would my life look like <em>if<\/em> I could afford a new Mercedes?&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Can you see how this works? Plan your days' intended actions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Get a pen and paper, and I write down the top 3 goals you're trying to focus on achieving in your life.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">If you focus on too many goals you'll weaken your ability to achieve any of them.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Let me give you an example if I were doing this,<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">My current big 3 goals might be:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-list eplus-styles-uid-e4c622\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Get my blog to 100k+ monthly visitors<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Get below 10%&nbsp; body fat while maintaining muscle<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Take the family on a trip Salem Massachusetts for Halloween<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Once I have the list of things I want to achieve\/manifest, I write down anything I think I can do towards that goal.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">I write down any action that I feel inspired to do which would move me towards that goal.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Sometimes if I don't know what action to put down, I just ask myself..<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">.<strong>what action would be the most beneficial in moving me towards my goal.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Then I write down what comes to me. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">It may just be common sense actions, or it might be some random action that I feel inspired to do.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">When you plan your actions for the day, you will keep your goals\/desires in your mind and you will be working towards them.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This will fill you will positive expectancy that you will achieve them.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Most importantly, <strong>you will be taking action.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">When using the <\/span><a class=\"\" data-lasso-id=\"509\" href=\"https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/law-of-attraction-hacks-that-will-change-your-life-forever\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">law of attraction<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">, you still need to <em>take action<\/em> when possible. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Most of the time, <\/span><a class=\"\" data-lasso-id=\"510\" href=\"https:\/\/subconsciousservant.com\/signs-that-your-manifestation-is-coming\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">your manifestation will come<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> in a way you wouldn't expect, but you still need to be out there making things happen.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Don't expect to manifest a goal in a specific way. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Just take action on whatever &ldquo;feels right.&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">That's it.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">You've now completed your morning manifesting ritual. Time to get on with the amazing day ahead.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Something to mention quickly.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">If free time in the morning is minimal, then you can shorten some of the steps. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Like you could just read a few pages of something inspirational. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">That would only take 2 mins.
