Popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s snake venom case has been moved from Noida’s Sector 49 police station to Sector 20 police station, marking a significant development in the case. The case revolves around an FIR registered against six individuals, including Elvish Yadav, in Noida Sector 49 police station. They were accused of allegedly supplying snake venom at a rave party in Noida. This transfer of jurisdiction was carried out following the directives of Gautam Buddha Nagar Police Commissioner, Lakshmi Singh.
Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar made a public statement on the matter, emphasizing that he has no sway over the ongoing legal proceedings. He stated, “The police will take action in the case. We don’t have any say in this. If he (Elvish Yadav) is at fault, then he will be punished.”
It’s worth noting that Chief Minister Khattar had previously shared a stage with Elvish during a fan meet, where he congratulated the YouTuber for his success in Bigg Boss OTT-season 2.
In response to the allegations, Elvish Yadav released a personalized YouTube video on Saturday, vehemently denying his involvement in the snake venom supply. He clarified that the footage showing him with snakes was related to a song’s shoot and nothing else. Elvish adamantly expressed his commitment to preserving his reputation and his family’s name, assuring that he would willingly surrender himself if any evidence points to his wrongdoing. He concluded, “Everyone knows that my level has not fallen so low that I will do this kind of work.” The case continues to evolve, with legal proceedings underway.
