The legal row around Sean Diddy took a very unexpected turn as his ex-girlfriend  Gina Hyunh, also known as his 'Victim 3', wrote a letter to the judge, in the prosecution's case, urging for his release on bail.

Virginia Hyunh was initially expected to testify against Combs as a part of the prosecution's case. After being subpoenaed, and was supposed to either provide testimony or any key information. However. when the trial began, the prosecutors informed the court that they had lost contact with both Hyunh and her lawyer. This caused doubts about her appearance in court.

Now, Diddy' team has submitted the letter to the court, on record where Hyunh identifies herself publicly for the first time and quotes that she does not believe that Diddy is a threat to society. She calls him as a 'family committed man' who has not been violent in many years.

Diddy's Relationship with Hyunh

Hyunh dated Diddy for 5 years, from 2014 to 2019. In an interview with 'Unwind with Tasha K', she recounted that Diddy has been emotionally and physically abusive in their relationship.

She claimed that Diddy got her pregnant in 2014, the same year they started dating. When she informed him about the pregnancy, he forced her to get an abortion and offered her $50,000. She later became pregnant again, and Diddy again forced her to terminate the pregnancy.

During the pregnancy, Hyunh said that Diddy took her to Turks and Caicos island and gave her alcohol. Upon their return, he went to visit Cassie Ventura, one of his former partners and a star witness in this case.

When Hyunh told Diddy that she needed more time before she terminates the pregnancy, he straight away told her to get out of the house.

Legal Status of Diddy Combs

Last month, Diddy was accused of two counts of transportation and prostitution. However, he was acquitted of many serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking etc. They could lead to a life sentence, if the prosecution wins the case.
