Ex-President of the United States Joe Biden was spotted with a visible mark on his forehead recently, sparking concerns about his health. He appeared frail in a video, which was recorded while he was leaving a church in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
The clip, shared by a local resident, quickly grabbed the attention of social media and ignited chatter online. To address the buzz, Biden's spokesperson came forward and revealed that the 82-year-old leader had recently undergone Mohs Surgery, which is a medical procedure used to remove skin cancer lesions. The spokesperson did not clarify the date of the surgery.

Mohs Surgery is a medical procedure that removes thin layers of the skin and examines them under a microscope until there are no remaining cancer cells. The method usually treats fast-growing cancer lesions, recurring cancer, and those found in sensitive areas like the face and genitals.
In recent years, Biden faced many health challenges. In 2013, the doctors identified basal cell carcinoma after removing a lesion from his chest. Earlier this year, in May 2025, his office confirmed that he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer, which has spread across his bones.Â
While the scar continues to stir debate, his spokesperson has clarified that it is linked to his current medical treatment.
