Charlie Kirk is founder of Turning Point USA will be posthumously honored at Israel's 2025 Christian Media Summit for his unwavering support of Israel and his work in creating closer ties between Christians worldwide and the country. Israel War Room announced on X that Kirk's wife, Erika Kirk would accept the award in his honor.
Charlie Kirk's recognition at the summit underlines his commitment to standing for the truth and the defense of Israel in times when global tensions are on the rise. The Israel War Room described him as a man who inspired millions to stand with Israel when it mattered most. The posthumous honor was both a political and personal tribute to a life that deeply influenced conservative youth movements and Christian advocacy.
This will be done during the event alongside notable personalities such as Douglas K. Murray, Yael Eckstein and Dr. Jürgen Bühler, who will be receiving the Pillars of Jerusalem Award. The award derives inspiration from the verse teaching that the world stands on justice, truth and peace. It acknowledges people who have been making an extraordinary difference in Israel's standing before the world.

Conservative commentator Candace Owens tweeted, “Is this real? Because WOW,” shortly after the announcement was made. Her reaction was emblematic of that felt by many of Kirk’s followers since his death.
More than 100 influential Christian media leaders, opinion shapers, and religious figures from all over the world have come to Israel, said the GPO. The four-day summit, organized in conjunction with the Foreign Ministry and the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, aims to gain better insight into Israeli society and build greater worldwide solidarity with the State.
It will also address other issues like antisemitism on social media and showcase Israel as a modern, innovative country open to all.

Kirk at 31, was shot and killed on September 10, 2025, during a university appearance in Utah. The attack occurred during a student Q&A session at Utah Valley University. Authorities later identified Tyler Robinson as the alleged shooter.
Just a few months before he died, Kirk had written to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with some recommendations on how to improve Israel's digital communication strategy a last act that underlined Kirk's continued commitment to Israel's global narrative.
