Charlie Kirk Murder: The murder of the popular Republican activist has been in the news since yesterday. The incident took place at Utah Valley University, where Kirk was hosting his regular debate show with the students, when he was shot in the neck.
The news of Charlie Kirk's murder broke when Joe Rogan was recording his podcast with Charlie Sheen. In the episode released on YouTube, the two's candid reaction to the news can be seen clearly. Upon hearing the news, Rogan's face turns to shock, with Sheen also taken aback by the news. After taking a moment to process the situation, Sheen pointed out the reason behind the murder was a simple disagreement, "murdered for having a different opinion from somebody else," he said.
Upon confirming the news, the two went on to discuss the murder and everything around it. After watching a video of a person speculating the incident to be a result of a celebratory shot by a Trump supporter that accidentally led to the murder, Sheen questioned the reasoning behind the spin. Rogan responded by saying that the spin is a result of people wanting to spin the incident to support their cause, "they want to pin it on a trump supporter, a crazy Trump supporter with a gun."

Joe and Charlie also touched upon the growing intolerance among people and how people are unable to hold debates. Touching on Kirk's style of discourse and his demeanour, the two said how such incidents should be tackled with debate. Sheen summarised the point by saying, "Do some homework and bring it to the table."
While discussing his brief meeting with Kirk on a gun range, Rogan shared how shocked he is after hearing the news, describing the incident as "surreal." He also shunned the people celebrating Kirk's murder and enjoying the division of the American people.
