Oct 19 (Reuters) – A tropical wave currently crossing the Windward Islands has a 30% chance of becoming a cyclone within 48 hours, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Sunday. "A tropical depression is likely to form by the middle to latter portion of this week in the central Caribbean Sea," the Miami-based forecaster said.
