Ivory Coast 2025/26 cocoa arrivals down 52% as of October 12

ABIDJAN, Oct 13 (Reuters) – Cocoa arrivals at ports in top grower Ivory Coast had reached 48,000 metric tons by October 12 since the start of the season on October 1, down 52% from the same period last season, exporters estimated on Monday. There were no arrivals at ports at the start of the new season during the October 1-5. They reached 13,000 tons during the same period last year. About 23,000 tons of beans were delivered to Abidjan port and 25,000 tons to San Pedro between October 6 and October 12 for a total of 48,000 tons, down from 87,000 tons in the same week of the previous season.
