Step 1: Check Eligibility

Ensure you have five years of legal stay, a valid employment permit, clean records, and financial stability.

Step 2: Prepare Documents

Collect the following:

  • Filled application form
  • Valid passport
  • Copy of current Irish Residence Permit (IRP) card
  • All employment permits from your stay
  • Certificate of registration

Step 3: Submit Application

Send your documents and application form to Immigration Service Delivery (ISD).

Step 4: Pay the Fee

Pay €500 (approx. ₹51,254) within 28 days after you receive the approval letter.

Step 5: Wait for Processing

Processing time usually takes between 6 to 8 months.

Step 6: Receive Your PR Status

If approved, you will get long-term residency under Stamp 4 visa.
