Ireland’s PR allows non-EU and non-EEA citizens to live, work, and study in the country, all you need to complete five years of legal stay in Ireland to apply. This stay plays a vital role in securing Irish citizenship later. During this time, you must first hold a Critical Skills Employment Permit for two years.
After that, you can move to a Stamp 4 visa for three years. Once you complete these five years, you can apply for long-term residency.
To get Irish PR, you must meet these requirements:

Send your documents and application form to Immigration Service Delivery (ISD).
Pay €500 (approx. ₹51,254) within 28 days after you receive the approval letter.
