Donald Trump, however, is stronger in three categories:

2. Incumbency: As a former president, Trump brings the advantage of incumbency.
3. Charisma: Trump retains a loyal base of supporters due to his personal appeal.
Lichtman remains firm in his prediction that even if certain factors, such as foreign policy, flip in Trump’s favor, it will not be enough for him to win the White House.
