Oct 17 (Reuters) – The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Friday: ** ANE (Cayman) said it received a conditional take-private offer from a consortium comprising its largest shareholder Centurium Capital and Singapore's Temasek, which could lead to its delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. ** Spain's Cellnex said that it has signed a put option agreement to sell all its 99.99% share capital in Towerlink France to Vauban Infra Fibre for 391 million euros ($458 million). ** Smiths Group said on Thursday it will sell its interconnect unit to U.S. electronic components maker Molex Electronic in a deal valued at 1.3 billion pounds ($1.75 billion), after facing investor pressure to break up the conglomerate. ** Crypto heavyweight Kraken said on Thursday it has acquired futures exchange Small Exchange from IG Group for $100 million, paving the way to launch a fully U.S.-based derivatives suite. ** S&P Global has agreed to buy private markets data provider With Intelligence, the company said on Wednesday, as it looks to expand its products for the fast-growing segment of financial services. ** Brazilian motor maker Weg announced on Thursday the acquisition of around 54% of Tupinamba Energia, an electric vehicle charging management software company. ** Consumer goods company Mammoth Brands announced on Thursday that it will buy premium baby care brand Coterie, which counts models and entrepreneurs Karlie Kloss and Ashley Graham as investors. ** Private equity firm Sentinel Capital Partners said on Thursday it sold the HVAC division of NSI Industries to Lennox International for about $550 million in cash.
