At approximately 11 a.m., the Senate holds a confirmation vote on the nomination of Harold Mooty to be a U.S. district judge for the Northern District of Alabama. The Senate will stand in recess until 2:15 p.m. for the weekly party lunches. At approximately 2:20 p.m., the Senate holds a cloture vote on the nomination of Anne-Leigh Gaylord Moe to be a U.S. district judge for the Middle District of Florida; to be followed by a cloture vote on the nomination of William Mercer to be a U.S. district judge for the District of Montana.
