Apple has launched its iPhone 17 series on September 9, 2025, with the introduction of iPhone 17 Air. Interestingly, the model was unveiled by Abidur Chowdhury, a Bangladeshi-origin industrial designer. He took the centre stage instead of the typical senior-level executives. Composed and poised, he unveiled the iPhone Air, Apple’s thinnest and lightest smartphone to date.
Chowdhury described the iPhone 17 Air as a ‘paradox you have to hold to believe’. He noted that the sleek design is blended with robust performance rivaling of the Pro devices.
iPhone Air features
The model is housed in titanium and is only 5.6mm thick. It has a single telephoto camera with Al-driven photo capabilities. Many would think the thin body means a weaker battery life; however, the phone delivers an all-day battery life and better power-saving software.
The 256GB model costs Rs 1,19,900 in India.
