Adult film star Bonnie Blue, real name Tia Billinger, was detained in Bali following a police raid at her studio in Badung. The 26-year-old actress, known for her provocative OnlyFans content, was held along with three British men and 14 Australian men during the operation.
Authorities reportedly seized her passport as part of an ongoing investigation. Officers recovered cameras, flash drives, a box of condoms, lubricant, and other paraphernalia used in the alleged production of pornographic material.
Police also confiscated 19 outfits labelled “School Bonnie Blue,” along with two sheets of Viagra pills, some of which had been used.
Badung Police Chief Arif Batubara said: “We have handed them over to the Immigration for further investigation on alleged breaking Immigration law. Police investigations are still ongoing. We jointly investigate with the Immigration.”
At this stage, neither Blue nor any members of her team have been formally charged with an offence.
The raid followed a public complaint alleging the production of indecent video material. Indonesia strictly prohibits producing, distributing, or publicly displaying pornographic content. Laws carry harsher penalties for any material involving minors. Authorities have clarified that there is no suggestion of underage involvement in this case.
Investigators believe the actress used a locally rented van to produce content with “barely legal” men, which forms part of her ongoing OnlyFans “Bangbus tour.” Social media posts by Blue suggested she was targeting young male tourists.
After arriving in Bali, she posted online: “Hey boys, those that are going to Schoolies and to those who are barely legal, cannot wait to meet you and I’m in Bali, so you know exactly what that means.”
She has also shared clips of herself driving around and attending local clubs with young men, which authorities are reviewing as part of the investigation.
This incident comes months after Blue faked a police arrest in the UK to gain attention online. She posted a staged video claiming she had been detained, with the caption: “As you may have seen, Tia has been arrested. We still don’t have clarity on the situation, but we will keep you all in the loop as soon as we know. Thanks for all of the support in the last 24 hours. This isn’t something we wanted to get out, but it seems there is no privacy for her anymore.”
A source added: “It’s all part of a stunt to gain notoriety.”
Authorities continue to question Bonnie Blue and the three British men involved. The remaining 14 Australians were released without charge.
The Bali immigration office now holds her passport while the investigation into alleged violations of immigration and pornography laws continues. Police said the inquiry may take time, as officers review all evidence, including digital files, camera footage, and other material recovered from the scene.
The case has sparked a debate on adult content creation in Bali and the legal risks for foreign nationals producing pornographic material in Indonesia. Experts say strict adherence to local laws is essential, and violations can carry severe legal consequences.
As the investigation continues, Bonnie Blue remains in Bali under the supervision of immigration authorities, while authorities determine whether formal charges will be filed.
