His performance helped the Windies recover and post a total of 149/9 against New Zealand’s formidable pace trio—Trent Boult, Lockie Ferguson, and Tim Southee—on Thursday.
In the second innings, the Windies, with the help of great performances by their bowlers Alzarri Joseph and Gudakesh Motie were successful in restricting the Kiwis to a total of 136/9 leading to the victory of the Windies over the Kiwis by 13 runs.
