MORNING: SHIELD AND DEFEND

In the morning, your skin has just spent hours repairing itself and now faces a new set of challenges: UV rays, pollution, dust and free radicals. This means your morning skincare should be focused primarily on protection and hydration. A gentle cleanser helps remove overnight sweat and oils, but the most essential step is applying broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect against UVA and UVB damage. Adding antioxidant serums like vitamin C can further boost protection and enhance your sunscreen’s effectiveness.
