Actor Salman Khan made a notable appearance at the trailer launch event of “Dharmaveer 2” in Mumbai on Saturday. The event, held with much fanfare, also saw the presence of industry veterans Jeetendra, Boman Irani, Govinda, and Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, among others. Social media platforms buzzed with videos and pictures of Salman at the event, where he was warmly welcomed on stage with a shawl and a flower bouquet.
Dressed casually in a black T-shirt, jeans, and shoes, Salman smiled for the cameras and posed with numerous attendees. He also engaged in lively conversations with the guests present at the venue.

Heartwarming Moments: Salman Hugs Jeetendra and Govinda
The event witnessed some heartwarming moments, including Salman hugging Jeetendra and several other guests. In a playful gesture, he also performed a brief dance while hugging Govinda, who wore a stylish white T-shirt, matching pants, a blue blazer, and shoes. Jeetendra opted for a grey jacket paired with black pants and shoes.

The film is set for release on August 9, just weeks before the state assembly polls. 2022 saw the debut of the first part, which starred Prasad Oak as Dighe.

Earlier this month, actor Bobby Deol unveiled the poster for “Dharmaveer 2” alongside CM Shinde and the film’s cast and crew. Expressing his gratitude and excitement, Deol said, “It’s an honour to be part of this celebration. The performance in the first part was commendable, and I congratulate CM Eknath Shinde on his two successful years in government.”
Upcoming Projects for Salman Khan
Salman Khan’s upcoming film “Sikandar,” featuring Rashmika Mandanna, marks his reunion with producer Sajid Nadiadwala after their successful collaborations in “Kick,” “Judwaa,” and “Mujhse Shaadi Karogi.” Directed by AR Murugadoss, “Sikandar” is slated for release on Eid 2025.
Additionally, Salman will appear in Aditya Chopra’s “Tiger Vs Pathaan,” following his recent role in “Tiger 3,” an action thriller directed by Maneesh Sharma, which also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi.
