In a recent interview with Fox News, Vice President Kamala Harris asserted that her potential presidency would not mirror Joe Biden’s administration. The interview, her first with the right-leaning network, aired after a rally in Pennsylvania attended by over 100 Republican officials.

During the 25-minute segment, Harris faced tough questions from Fox News chief political anchor Bret Baier, who raised a variety of rightwing topics, including immigration, transgender rights, and Biden’s performance. When asked if there was anything she would approach differently than Biden, Harris firmly stated, “Let me be very clear. My presidency will not be a continuation of Joe Biden’s presidency.” She emphasized her unique life experiences and new ideas, aiming to position herself as a candidate of a new generation.

Baier also pointed out polling data indicating that many Americans feel the country is “on the wrong track.” In response, Harris attributed the dissatisfaction to public fatigue with both Biden and former President Donald Trump, who has been campaigning since 2016.
