In anticipation of the release of his upcoming film ‘Singham Again’, actor Arjun Kapoor visited the Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai, walking barefoot to seek divine blessings. Videos of Arjun, dressed in traditional ivory attire, circulating on social media show him entering and exiting the temple after his darshan.
In a recent interview, Arjun revealed that he took a step back from the public eye for nearly a year to fully dedicate himself to his role as the antagonist, Danger Lanka, in the film directed by Rohit Shetty. “I had the biggest film of the industry to shoot, and I didn’t want to be distracted. Sometimes when you go missing for a few days or lay low, people may remember you and see you in a new light,” he explained.

The actor emphasized that he completely immersed himself in preparing for his character. “I just switched off to focus on this one particular film, treating it almost like my debut all over again.” He aimed to be “so clear and available” for *Singham Again* that it took precedence over everything else. According to him, the character emerged from Rohit’s vision, which allowed him to fully embrace the role.
Working alongside Ajay Devgn has been particularly impactful for Arjun. “If I may dare to say so, he’s someone I admire so much that I’d love to emulate even 5 percent of what he’s achieved. I would be amazed and incredibly proud of myself,” he remarked.
The third installment of the *Singham* franchise features a star-studded cast, including Ajay Devgn as Bajirao Singham, Ranveer Singh as Simmba, Akshay Kumar as DCP Veer Sooryavanshi, Kareena Kapoor as Singham’s wife Avni, Deepika Padukone as police officer Shakti Shetty, along with Ravi Kishan, Jackie Shroff, and Tiger Shroff.
Singham Again, which offers a contemporary twist on the Ramayan, premiered today in celebration of Diwali.
