Fans of the ‘Housefull’ franchise can look forward to the release of ‘Housefull 5’ on June 6, 2025, as confirmed by Sajid Nadiadwala in an official statement. Akshay Kumar shared the official announcement on social media, promising “5 times the entertainment” and inviting audiences to see it in theaters on June 6, 2025.

Amidst speculation about the cast, the production house, Nadiadwala and Grandsons, issued a statement urging media houses not to make premature announcements. The casting details for ‘Housefull 5’ are yet to be officially disclosed.
Earlier, in June of this year, Akshay Kumar unveiled the poster and confirmed the film’s production. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, this installment of the comedy franchise marks Indian cinema’s first five-part franchise. The series commenced in 2010 with ‘Housefull’, followed by successful sequels helmed by various directors and featuring an ensemble cast.
The first two movies were directed by Sajid Khan, the third by Sajid Samji and Farhad Samji, and the fourth by Farhad Samji. ‘Housefull 5’ will be helmed by Tarun Mansukhani, and Sajid Nadiadwala will continue as the producer. The franchise, known for its star-studded ensembles and comedic plots, has consistently entertained audiences, making ‘Housefull 5’ highly anticipated among fans.
