Woman’s Body Chopped Into 6 Pieces Found After Missing For 2 Days In Jodhpur

The body of a 50-year-old woman was discovered in a gruesome state in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, on Wednesday, just two days after she was reported missing. The victim, identified as Anita Chaudhary, was found dismembered, raising alarm in the local community and prompting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death.

Anita Chaudhary, who operated a beauty parlour in Jodhpur, was last seen on October 27 when she closed her salon at around 2:30 PM. She failed to return home that evening, leading her husband, Manmohan Chaudhary, aged 56, to file a missing person report with the police the following day.

Investigators traced Chaudhary’s last known whereabouts using her mobile location and call records, which led them to the residence of a man named Gul Mohammad, an old family friend who Chaudhary reportedly considered a brother. Upon interrogation, Mohammad’s wife allegedly disclosed crucial information, indicating that Chaudhary’s body had been buried behind their house.

Ongoing Investigation

Police conducted a search and unearthed the dismembered remains of Anita Chaudhary, which were subsequently sent to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) for a post-mortem examination.
