Watch: Shirtless Man Does Pull-Ups On 30-ft Signboard Goes Viral

In a risky stunt, a man in Uttar Pradesh’s Amethi was seen performing pull-ups while hanging from a 30-foot-high signboard, a video of which has since gone viral on social media. The video, filmed on a National Highway, features the unidentified shirtless man engaging in a daredevil stunt that has sparked widespread concern.

The Viral Stunt

The 16-second clip, shared widely online, shows the man precariously hanging from a signboard, performing pull-ups several meters above the road. The signboard reads, “Munshiganj, 6 kilometers on the left” and “Amethi, 3.5 kilometers ahead.” As the video progresses, the man attempts to pull himself up using his legs to sit on top of the structure. The footage is set to a track by the late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala.

Reactions on Social Media

The video, which has garnered over 6,000 views, has prompted a variety of reactions from netizens. One user sarcastically labeled the man “Khatron Ke Khiladi on the roads of Amethi,” referencing a popular Indian stunt-based reality TV show. Another social media user expressed concern, calling for immediate police action to deter such dangerous behavior. “Looks like he’s fond of making reels, but once he meets the police, he’ll forget this hobby forever,” one commenter wrote.

Some users compared the daredevil’s antics to the legendary action hero John Rambo, portrayed by Sylvester Stallone in the hit Rambo series, though most viewers expressed alarm over the life-threatening stunt.

UP Police Respond

In response to the viral video, Amethi Police issued a statement acknowledging the situation. “The matter is in the knowledge of Amethi Police Station. The viral video is being investigated, and after proper investigation, necessary legal action will be taken against the person involved in the stunt as per the law,” said the police.

Authorities have stated that they are looking into the incident and plan to take appropriate action to prevent future occurrences of such dangerous acts.

While the man’s stunt may have gained temporary fame online, it has raised significant concerns about public safety and the growing trend of individuals risking their lives for social media attention. The Amethi Police’s swift response serves as a reminder that such reckless behavior will not be tolerated.
