UP Policeman Car Crushes Puppy Under Wheels Four Times In Bulandshahr | WATCH

A disturbing video showing a puppy being repeatedly run over by a car in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, has sparked outrage among animal lovers and netizens. The footage, widely circulated online, depicts a young dog being crushed under the wheels of a car driven by a man identified as Shukveer Singh, a policeman.

The Gruesome Act

The chilling visuals, which were captured by a CCTV camera installed in a residential area, show the car reversing and driving over the puppy multiple times. Initially, the vehicle, a Wagon R with a Delhi registration plate, appears to accidentally hit the dog, which was resting in the middle of the road. However, instead of ensuring the animal’s safety, the driver deliberately reverses and runs over the puppy again. This brutal act continued until the dog succumbed to its injuries.

Outrage and Arrest

The video quickly garnered attention online, with animal rights activists and netizens demanding justice for the innocent animal. Kaveri Rana, an animal activist, posted the footage on social media, urging the authorities to take immediate action. She identified the accused as a police officer and emphasised the cruelty of the act. “This evil man kept crushing the puppy even after it died,” Rana wrote, tagging the UP Police in her post.

Following the public outcry, senior police officials intervened, and Singh was arrested. The incident highlights the growing concern over the treatment of animals in India, with many calling for stricter laws and harsher punishments for those involved in animal cruelty.

Politicians React

Indian politician and pet parent Mahua Moitra also condemned the incident on social media. She identified the accused as Shukveer Singh, a resident of Ganganagar, Bulandshahr, and called on the Bulandshahr police to take swift action. Moitra’s post further amplified the demand for justice, with many supporters urging the authorities to ensure that the officer is held accountable for his actions.

The incident has left the community in shock, with many people expressing disbelief over the policeman’s actions. Animal rights organisations are calling for a thorough investigation and seeking justice for the helpless puppy. This horrifying case of cruelty has once again ignited debates over the treatment of animals in India, with many advocating for stronger enforcement of animal welfare laws.

As the investigation continues, the arrest of Shukveer Singh serves as a reminder of the importance of holding individuals accountable for their actions, particularly when it comes to the mistreatment of animals.
