A 19-year-old healthcare worker, Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, has been arrested after posting distressing TikTok videos that quickly went viral, sparking widespread outrage. Koiyan, who worked as an in-home adult daycare caregiver, faces charges of exploiting a disabled person following the circulation of inappropriate footage involving vulnerable patients.
Inappropriate Videos Trigger Investigation
The first video surfaced on January 23, 2025, showing Koiyan in scrubs and a stethoscope, performing a provocative dance over a disabled patient seated in their home. The alarming content led to public concern and immediate police involvement.
Shortly after, a second video emerged from the same TikTok account, intensifying the controversy. This footage allegedly shows Koiyan engaging in more disturbing behaviour, including twerking on a male patient’s head while he sits in a bathtub and placing an unidentified object in his mouth.

Upon receiving reports of the first video, the Loganville Police Department launched an urgent investigation. On January 28, officers executed a search warrant at Koiyan’s residence, resulting in her arrest. She was booked into Walton County Jail, with authorities confirming her role as an in-home adult daycare worker at the time of the incidents.
Loganville Police Chief Michael L. Jones condemned the act, stating, “I was appalled and disgusted that anyone would create such a video featuring a disabled person. Our duty is to protect those who cannot protect themselves, and we acted swiftly to bring charges.”

While the first video’s location was confirmed, authorities are collaborating with multiple jurisdictions to determine where the second video was filmed. The investigation is ongoing, with police emphasizing the seriousness of the allegations.
