The family of 10-year-old influencer Abhinav Arora reported receiving life threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang on Monday. His mother, Jyoti Arora, expressed her concerns to ANI, stating that Abhinav has done nothing but show devotion to warrant such hostility.
Mother Speaks Out About Threats
Jyoti explained, “Efforts are being made to escalate our situation through social media. Abhinav has not done anything due to which we are getting threats… Abhinav has not done anything other than devotion that he has to tolerate so much.” She further elaborated that they received a threatening message from the Bishnoi group, stating that Abhinav’s life was in danger. “Last night, we got a call that I missed. We received a message from the same number today that they would kill Abhinav,” she added.
Abhinav’s Spiritual Journey
Abhinav Arora, a spiritual content creator from Delhi, claims his spiritual journey began at the age of three. His mother defended her son amidst backlash over a viral video where he was scolded by spiritual leader Swami Rambhadracharya. She emphasized that “even the scoldings of elders are equal to blessings,” downplaying the controversy surrounding the incident.
Clarifying the Viral Incident
Jyoti remarked, “It was not such a big issue as it is being made out to be… This video is from 2023, it happened in Vrindavan. Abhinav was so engrossed in devotion that he forgot he had to be silent on the stage and started chanting. Rambhadracharaya ji also gave him blessings later.”
Abhinav Responds to Criticism
Abhinav himself addressed the situation, saying, “Everyone is focusing on his scolding and not the blessing that he gave me afterwards.” He pointed out that there is video evidence of him receiving blessings from Swami Rambhadracharya after the incident.
Ongoing Threats and Controversy
However, the young influencer expressed his fears about the threats to his life, stating, “There is chaos outside the house… there is a threat of killing… how long will we tolerate it?” The controversy intensified after a video circulated online showing Abhinav performing devotional songs and dancing with Swami Rambhadracharya, during which the spiritual leader asked him to leave the stage, igniting widespread debate and outrage.
