A shocking incident led everyone to be amazed this week on Germany’s famous Autobahn, where a couple reportedly got caught having a sexual act inside a moving car at a frightening speed of 90 mph, or about 145 km/h.
This was a very reckless and dangerous behavior, putting not only their lives in danger but also almost causing a huge accident on the busy motorway.
The incident happened on Monday, November 3, on the A1 motorway while the couple in a Ford was heading towards the city of Dortmund. Witnesses described how the car traveled in a dangerous, swerving manner across lanes.
How a Funny Act Becomes Horrible
A witness who drove past the Ford told police exactly what they saw, according to a report. They claimed the driver, a 37-year-old man, and the woman, 33, were “obviously having sexual intercourse” as the car was moving very widely on the highway.
When the vehicle allegedly pulled that sharply to the right, the nearby truck was forced onto the emergency lane the hard shoulder just to avoid a major collision. In this way, just how easily this bizarre act could lead to a serious, multi-vehicle pile-up is shown.

Police Confirmation Over the Act
Shortly after that, police were able to intercept the couple at a service station just outside of Münster. The man driving the vehicle was taken into custody immediately.
He now faces criminal proceedings for a serious offense in the form of dangerous interference with road traffic. Authorities have confirmed that the male driver could face very severe consequences in accordance with Section 315b of the German Penal Code. If he is convicted of this crime, the driver may face a jail term of as many as five years in prison.
