Pakistani TV News Anchor Mona S*x Video Goes Viral: She Reacts’ Character Is …’

In recent months, a disturbing trend has emerged in Pakistan, where explicit videos falsely attributing social celebrities to immoral content have been widely circulated. The latest victim of this malicious campaign is well-known Pakistani news anchor Mona Alam, who hosts “Question Hour with Mona Alam” on Hum News. Alam has come forward to respond to the false claims that an explicit video featuring her has surfaced online.

Mona Alam Denies Involvement in Fake Video

The claims began circulating when a purported explicit video was shared on social media, with many falsely alleging that the woman in the video was Mona Alam. Addressing these baseless accusations, Mona Alam took to X (formerly Twitter) to clarify the situation. She shared a screenshot of the alleged video and stated, “This woman’s objectionable video is being spread by petty haters on social media, claiming it’s me.”

Mona further clarified that the woman featured in the video was a “proven criminal” and not her. To further debunk the allegations, she posted a real image of the woman involved and drew attention to the malicious campaign against her character.

Complaint Filed with FIA Cyber Crime Wing

In response to this online harassment, Mona Alam filed a formal complaint with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cyber Crime Wing in Islamabad. Sharing the details of her complaint, Mona stated, “My character is spotless, and all those campaigning against it will face the music!” In her complaint, she included links to the fake videos circulating on social media, which claimed the explicit content belonged to her.

Mona revealed that several senior journalists were also targeted by the campaign, receiving WhatsApp messages with the fake adult content. In her complaint, she explained that individuals had been uploading and circulating the false video on social media platforms, further attempting to damage her reputation.

A Growing Problem for Pakistani Celebrities

Mona Alam is not the first Pakistani celebrity to fall victim to these online attacks. In recent months, numerous influencers and celebrities, including Maryam Faisal, Kanwal Aftab, Minahil Malik, Mathira Mohammad, and Imsha Rehman, have faced similar character assassination campaigns. These celebrities have refuted the claims, which have often involved explicit videos or photos being falsely attributed to them.

Mona Alam’s brave stand against these defamatory acts is a reminder of the increasing need for vigilance and accountability when it comes to online harassment and the spreading of fake content.
