Mukesh and Isha Ambani Visit Vikas Khanna’s New York Restaurant : Watch

Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani and his daughter, Isha Ambani Piramal, made a visit to chef Vikas Khanna’s renowned New York restaurant, Bungalow. The restaurant staff put in extra effort to welcome their distinguished guests by using Isha Ambani’s favorite flower, the rose, to decorate the space. Additionally, the original Reliance logo was recreated with marigold flowers in honor of the father-daughter duo.

Warm Welcome by Chef Vikas Khanna

Michelin Star chef Vikas Khanna personally greeted Mukesh and Isha Ambani upon their arrival. A video shared on Bungalow’s Instagram page captured Isha Ambani entering the restaurant alongside Chef Khanna, with her security team following closely behind.

As a part of the welcoming ritual, Khanna invited Mukesh and Isha Ambani to light traditional diyas at the restaurant. He explained on Instagram, “We will continue to light candles using this flame until Diwali, as a symbol of celebrations & continuity of light.”

Flowers and Traditions

Khanna went on to explain the thoughtful preparations made for their visit, saying, “We used Isha Ambani‘s favorite roses to adorn Bungalow today. Six different varieties of roses were used along with Ganga Jal to welcome the guests.” He expressed his honor at cooking for the Ambani and Piramal families.

A Tribute to Indian Culinary Heritage

Bungalow, Vikas Khanna’s flagship restaurant in New York, is inspired by India’s vintage clubhouses and pays homage to the country’s rich culinary traditions. The fine-dining restaurant is known for its extensive menu, which includes a variety of plant-based options, reflecting the Ambani family’s well-known vegetarian lifestyle.
